Newly inspired by Kochia, I wanted to post some bouquets and centerpieces where it’s made a special guest appearance, courtesy of some of my favorite florists (and some who are new to me).
This lovely bouquet is from Michigan based floral designer Janet of Floral Verde. My favorite thing about it? The way the stems show and their colors reflect the different elements of the bouquet.
This one is so pretty too – a masculine (but not *too* masculine, it is a bouquet of flowers after all!) posy from Utah based Studio Stems (they also have a great blog). I love the single artichoke focal point!
And here are some lovely winter wonderland arrangements from JL Designshere in Los Angeles, CA. The silver looks so pretty when combined with actual silvery accents on the containers. The dusty miller and kochia mimic the silver trimming so nicely!
This pretty, mixed up bouquet is from Flower Design St. Annes in the UK. Love the little touches of purple.
And lastly, Kochia is extremely hardy, but if you want something even more permanent, try these kochia shaped botanical earrings from Mani Designs. I LOVE!
